Stanley Edmond –
Community Development Liaison & Founder of HTTR Social Capital Management

Stanley Edmond is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, youth advocate, and leader in workforce development. He is the founder of HTTR (Humanity to the Rescue), a social capital management firm focused on helping people and communities grow stronger through mentorship, training, and connection. One of his key programs, Vet-Mentors, pairs veterans with youth to build confidence, character, and life skills.
Born in Haiti, Stanley witnessed firsthand the impact that lack of structure, training, and opportunity can have on a community. That early exposure fueled his lifelong mission to build stronger, more resilient communities through service, mentorship, and leadership development. His experiences there inspired him to dedicate his life to community development and helping others succeed. After his honorable service in the Marine Corps, he began working in government and nonprofit programs that support veterans, job seekers, and underserved communities.
Today, Stanley is known for turning challenges into opportunities. Through HTTR and programs like Unlock Your Power, he teaches young men discipline, leadership, and self-respect. He believes that when you invest in people—especially those who are often overlooked—you help build stronger communities for everyone.
Stanley’s mission is simple but powerful: to guide the next generation toward purpose, strength, and lasting success.
